Yes, it usually means you passed. I failed my first attempted and put in my card info 1 hour after exam. It took my payment and literally scheduled an appointment that day. The trick worked for me but in the bad way. I got my results emailed to me the next day. I did fail.

The nclex is nothing like what you study. I literally studied ati and uworld which ended up being over 2,000 questions and when I got to the exam nothing I studied was even on there. Can i ask what bad pop you got exactly. I got the "security code is invalid" bad pop up despite me using the correct security code and changing the expiration date. I finished my exam at 10 something this morning and went all 145 and got the bad pop up.I have seen more people say if they got the good pop up after 24 hours, it's almost never wrong. But your test is scored twice. So if it's done before 24 hours, it may be wrong. It was surely wrong for me. I did every single step correctly. I did it at a few hours after and a few more times.
